Need the experts

Need some help on identifying this oil seal. I know it's a crank seal but for what I have no idea.
Was told Homelite or Stihl. On the seal is NTK 4715 TC 17 32 7. I have a gazzilion of them and
want to move a few of them.

Appears to be for a 17 mm shaft, 32 mm seal bore X 7mm deep. If so they fit Pioneer 600 series saw for sure, may fit others.
