need help id on this bar please , its 30'' , its got PA 3/8 Q16 on the nose tip
fits the shinny 757 and could be a husky bar also
trying to find out so i can buy the chain

Tough to tell without seeing the whole bar. From what I can see of the tip and the finish on the bar under the paint, it looks like a Windsor bar.
It's 3/8 pitch and the 58 likely means the gauge is .058, Check the bar rail slot with a vernier caliper if you have one.
I don't know what the drive link count would be as it depends on the saw you will be mounting it on.
