Some folks like @FergusonTO35 asked to see my vintage push lawn mower collection, so I figured I’d start a whole thread about it. My grandpa bought the Murray 22 inch high rear wheel brand new back in the day and after several years of reliable use he parked it in the shed and bought a new one, 5 years ago he gave it to me, somehow after sitting for years it fired right up, all I’ve done is changed the oil and air filter, it’s Tecumseh motor starts and runs like a champ! I bought my Lawn Boy 7073 in a package deal a couple years ago with a Poulan that I resold, it runs/mows greats, but only after I put lots of time and money into it. I got the JCPenny 3hp thrown in for free when I bought a junk 0-turn mower a couple years ago, no spark, been outside for many years. I got the Korvettes 3hp for free from a family friend, no spark, was sitting outside for a couple years. I recently got the Cub Cadet 3.75hp from my neighbor, it has carburetor issues and a broken throttle cable, I’m currently working on it. Then there’s an aluminum toro deck in the shed. As far as non-vintage push mowers are concerned, I also own 2 Honda HRR216s.
