...............can't even get a burp.

No spark.
Replaced the spark plug, no go.
Replaced OEM coil, no go.
Traced down the kill switch wire, not grounding out anywhere.
What are some other things I need to look for?

Help me get my saw burping again please.

No spark when I do that either Brian.
Want did you gap your flywheel to coil at? Break in plug wire? Magnets on flywheel still strong? Did you clean your case when you mounted the new coil?

Sounds silly but try a new plug ? Or did you put a screwdriver in the coil lead to test for spark ?

Question for Stihl guys. Are Stihl coils guaranteed like Husky coils are? Paint under coil mount and not getting grounded, had that happen before.

Have to ask, since I'm not there to see, are you rolling it over swiftly enough? You can try cleaning off the magnets with a scotch brite pad and look for hair line cracks. I seriously doubt this, but you're running out of room here. Try setting coil gap tighter, maybe card used was too thick possibly. Air gap is pretty tight on Stihls .2mm or roughly .008.
