It's all stock except for the Hyway piston and base delete. Cutting oak.
No muff mod? What is the squish with the delete? 3/8ths?
261c by the looks of the recoil.Nice job. Wood looked like marble with the knotts.
I guess that it is a regular carbed saw?
Any idea on compression?

Hundred bucks well spent.M-Tronic saw. I'll ask him about the compression. It was a brand new saw. Got straight gas on the 3rd or 4th tank. He paid $100 for it, cleaned the cylinder up, I gave him a piston and there are the results.
I'm getting one. Gonna Mic the entire slug.Being the saw is a strato is the piston an exact copy of the oem so that the timing remains the same?

I’ll be interested in the muff mod as I may do that to my saw ? Or send muffler you for mod. ThanksI'm getting one. Gonna Mic the entire slug.
@Jchin is allowing his 261 to be the Guinea (why you gotta say guinea?) Pig for this slug. Planning on a muff mod, then before and after slug swap including base cut for .015 final squish.
I will video pulling a bar size it has no business running.
Bout #145-150That’s nearly perfect. I bet 10 off the base gives you 220.
What’s the compression on a stocker? Anyone know?

175psi here on a stock saw no machine work. Others have been 165-180psi that I've owned. That’s nearly perfect. I bet 10 off the base gives you 220.
