MS461 Re-Rebuild

[Mastermind]

Built this 461 for a customer about three years ago. After one season I freshened it up. Then he ran it another season, and traded it in.

As luck would have it, I happened to have a few parts....

This is a nearly new crankcase and internals. I replaced one in a customer's saw that was cracked on the flywheel side with a completely new bottom end. Then I replaced the broken half....and this is it.

So...since I had this like new bottom end, I figured I'd build a saw.

There are more new parts in this saw than used ones at this point.

New OEM piston kit.

Cut squish, cut base, ported.....

Cleaned up the muffler, new gasket.

And then I forgot to take more pictures.

New AV bushings, spikes, carb kit, brake spring covers, bar plate, clutch cover, air filter, top cover, air filter cover, handlebar hose, bearings, seals, muffer cover, etc.....
