If this is stihl’s “562”, I’m genuinely interested in this saw.

The 400 is also supposed to be rated at 14,000 vs like 13,200 for the 362 along with faster throttle response. Should actually replace a 362 nicely if the price is right

I guess a 362 is 14000 also, for some reason I didn’t think anything bigger than a 261 ran that fast. But still 59cc vs 67cc in basically the same saw

At one time one of the echo 67 cc models was rated at 14,000. 670 or 6700 echo, something like that

I have been watching some guy on YT diesel power i think, he is logging with the MS400C it seems like a fast revving saw.

Diesel Power channel. Unboxing and about 6 hrs felling, trimming and thrashing this saw. He gives it a very hard time breaks the rear handle/gas tank right out of the gate. Look for Stihl 400C in the titles...

Diesel Power link above rear handle is broke at 8:26. This is 2 months ago. The saws second appearance on the channel. The operator really pushes this saw.

The rear handles always seem to be a weakness with stihls. The newer ones are better though. He must’ve dropped it on something?

Idles pretty fast that 400c, sounded like it was 3k+ in the vids. That handle cracking was poor, I'm not sure that operator habitually breaks stuff.

He is rough for sure. I watched all his saw related(500i, 400c, 359, 395, 462 etc) he is high-energy made me laugh out loud....
