Why wouldn't it?

Oh I dunno...., maybe cause it's an 8 dollar Chinese re-pop of a Chinese Zama? LOL

I'm curious about why the pump circuit bypass fix didn't work on the last S61E I did unless there were already other internal issues with the low circuit. Was like it didn't exist at all. Maybe the JB was too thin and worked its way into somewhere it shouldn't have?
I blocked both the pump chamber and the welch plug passage exactly like I did on the last one which was also an S61E. It worked great.

I have another one that DDave gave me that someone else did the fix on. He evidently got a batch of em from someone who supposedly did the 'fix' on all of em. The one he gave me only had the welch plug passage blocked and behaved exactly like one with the pump problem. Guess the 'easy' fix isn't 100% across the board effective either. That one was an S126, fwiw.

Anyway, these cheapies seem like the way to go if the quality control is even halfway there and the diaphragms and internals hold up to ethanol mix. Can't imagine a Zama actually costing much more than 15 or 20 bucks in the first place..., if that. I'll be damned if I'll pay $85 for one from a dealer, or anyone else for that matter.
