I have a Motorola phone. I think it’s made by android maybe. The problem at hand has happened once before, not sure if it fixed itself after a few days or what I don’t remember. Media volume is disabled and set at no sound. I tried the 3 dots and I turned the media volume up and hit done but it doesn’t change. I cam’t hear sound from my personal videos or any video I play on the device. Anyone know an easy fix?

You aren't connected to anything via Bluetooth, are you?

Pull down the top of the screen and see if it says do not disturb. Go to settings. Search for do not disturb. Some phones have a small switch on the perimeter for silencing phone also.
That’s what it was, must’ve turned it on by accident, thank you guys.
