A friend of mine loses his marbles. He has been kicked out of 2 hospitals. The whole story would blow your mind.

When I got my wisdom teeth out @18 I woke up from the euthanasia and thought I was in the Twilight Zone episode, "Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder." All the nurses and dentist had the pig noses whole nine yards.

You are one of a kind of person. I don’t know anyone else that has woken up from euthanasia. Pretty badass dentist to want to kill you to remove your teeth.

Haha. I went in for an umbilical hernia repair and I woke up while on the operating table. I asked the nurse to cover me up as I was freezing. The nurses and the surgeon freaked the hell out. One nurse with a tray of instruments almost dropped them.

They brought the anesthesiologist back in to give me some more meds. I didn't wake up that time but I also took a LONG time to wake up in the recovery room.

Praying for a speedy recovery for Scott. And I can sympathize with the sedation hiccup. Several years ago I was having some problems with my upper GI tract, ended up having to get an upper endoscopy. It was a 45 minute procedure but the doctor told me I would be out for three hours. When I asked him why he said "You're a bull elephant (I'm 6'2" 259 lbs.) and I can't afford to have you wake up in the middle. So I am giving you enough tranquilizers to knock out a charging Rhino." He wasn't kidding either, when the sedation wore off I literally jumped out of bed.

My wife worked for years as a respiratory therapist. She says what Scott experienced yesterday is not terribly uncommon. Side effects of meds, confusion, stress, etc. Hopefully this is just a hiccup. Keep praying my friends.

Same with good friend horrible motorcycle crash vs tree. All I could do was hold is hand.

update - well doc said last night that they would take the breathing tube out first thing this morning at 5AM. So I woke up at 3:30am and drove down. And of course the doctor didn't show up until ~8am and then decided that he should rest another day and get it out tomorrow. lol


So that sucks it's not coming out today But the trip did allow me a chance to get video of his roof and boiler...
