I like the 362 personally.......some guys say they ain't impressed with them. To me it's like comparing a 346 to a 261. Husky has speed........but the Stihl has lugging power and durability in spades.

I love the one you did for me. As you saw at the Upstate NY GTG, it runs real well! I won't say it is the fastest, I'm sure it is not, but it is very competitive with other 60 cc saws, and very "user friendly" with the M-Tronic and spring AV.

My 362 OE carby was unimpressive until I stopped running synthetic oil for about a dozen tanks or so. Bought it roached, lean seize, and did the clean up thang, cabers and a piston. The base gasket delete timing bump and gasket match with a opened exit hole. It likes it. Hauls ass now. The damn rings finally came around and it out pulls the 361 now. Blows 175. 361 has a base gasket blows 162. Never opened up that saw. More grunt in the 362 w/20" 8p no doubt now. 361 is way faster with a 16" bar 8p. Trying out a 24" w/7p on the 362 tomorrow um, today :-)
