Mid Atlantic Snow Storm

I hadn't been born yet but all the water from that melting snow flows up north right through my city. Just about the worst flooding we have ever seen, resulted in construction of a flood way around the city. The Red River floods something nasty at times. Google 1997 Flood of the Century. Millions of acres of farm land and a few cities flooded out.

Got quite a bit of sleet in the afternoon Friday and some snow thru the night. Looks like it is stopped for the moment. They are calling for a high only at 33 today so most of this stuff is going to hang around here. Gonna be very cold Saturday night so its all going to freeze up hard. Looks like more "hunkering down" is in order.
