I went and visited a good ole friend of mine today, and came home with three McCullochs. The first is a very nice and clean pm850, next is two, dirty but nice 35's. One has the 1/2 bar and chain. All these saws run. Ill post better pics later but for now this will have to do. 20160612_112429.jpg20160612_154408.jpg

The saws in that series were well ahead of most of the industry, just like the Poulan was with there AntiVibe series.

I'd love an Anti Vibe. Just missed out on the one Randy just sold.

Everyone should have an 850.

Shown with 925sxl

Blonde and a redhead, the Banger Sisters.
After a few cuts with this one I'd have to agree. I just went out and ran the 35 a bit more and after a couple minutes of idling it cleared up. Idles and revs just fine. Like Randy said " you can just about file them while they are running"

RollTide, can you post a pic of the metal tag in the carb box of the PM850? I don't recall an 850 having a black tank out of the factory.

The model number should start with 600439 for an 850.

BTW, I'd put a healthy stock PM850 up against an 044/440 any day.
