I think Randy would be way too busy to be doing this now , i think this thread was done way back in the AS days when he had a bit of time up his sleeve .
It is a pity , I dug up the AS thread a month or so ago that he did on my 460 it's a really good read......

Like I tell people, never make your hobby your work!!!

I get asked all the time "do I fix this or that", my response is always the same, I play with a few models that I know well, I don't touch anything else, this is just a hobby for me!

Some of the local tree guys mostly use what I will work on, so it works for me. I generally have parts for the starters, etc, in stock.

Maybe just time for younger, hungrier builders to step up.

When your plate is already full, it is tough to find the enthusiasm to put more on it.

Also, it is good to go through the old threads again, to see what you missed or to remember what you forgot!

We already have a lot of great resource material from several builder and members.

I feel the same way Mike. I did my pittance, put in my time. Made my mark on the business so to speak. Let's see some other guys step up and do some detailed build threads.

Plus....I've been feeling crappy for months. Visited my doctor yesterday for more bloodwork and testing. After an EKG yesterday I'm waiting to see a cardiologist.

Doc tested me for tick born illnesses too. My symptoms fit.....so rather than wait on the results, he went ahead and started me on Doxycycline.

Randy didn't you get Lyme disease years ago .

Speaking of diseases... triple EEE threat is bad here. Signs on highway advertisement boards saying not to go outside at dusk or dawn. I’ll be spraying myself with repellent until the first hard frost.
