I'll hit you up when I am ready to deal with the new Brexit headache of bringing a 7900 over to ireland.

Couple years back, the 420 Dolmar I had started acting same symptoms as your 4300. Replaced carb with new one, and several other repairs. Finally, replaced ignition module with new one and it was fixed.
Hi mate, I googled my fault with a DCS500 and your reply popped up, have started a new thread to help others, did you use the Chinese coil and is it still ok? Thanks John

Having the same issue with a Makita DCS500 but the stakes are higher in Australia as the OEM coil is over $230 a bad joke.
How is the AM coil going in your saw, thanks John

I've only put a few hours on the saw doing some trim work here and there but a few weeks ago it fired right up and ran well for the job at hand.
