Don't have any used wares to part with myself. Nate( @fordf150 ) at Performance Outdoor Equipment usually has all that in stock should you choose to go that route. He's been busy transitioning to his new shop building so I'd look up the number and give him a call if you're in a hurry.

It has the decomp on the left. Newer ones have it on the right, so the decomp hole in the cylinder cover wouldn’t line up

So one doesn't run any better stock than the other? 7900 vs 7910.

Is there an advantage to the older cylinder?
Like Kevin said, I don’t think there’s any difference in how they run. The piston is the same as in a 7910, which was the big change they made.
The 7910 cylinder also has the cutout in the exhaust port to accommodate the SLR that protrudes into the exhaust port on the cylinder. Other than that it seems to be the same.

If you have the old red, grey or gloss black top cover this is a direct fit for the decomp button. The newer matte black top cover has the decomp cutout in a different place. Not that a $25 top cover should dictate what top end you buy, but just an FYI.
The decomp itself is also different between the two different top ends. Different lengths.
