Howdy y'all, I'm looking for a Klingon/battle-axe makita dolmar spike, for the clutch cover specifically. You know, the one with the holes drilled in it...

You are welcome, just trying to help a fellow brand fan find what he needs.

Somebody is bound to have a outer one, or a used set!
It is usually the PH mounted spike that breaks when used as a hatchet/ax to knock out a felling face.

Worst case if someone who has a set could throw them on a printer and scan it members could print out full-size templates and make their own.

The "Klingon" spike part number does not "revert" - it advances to the "updated" part number!

The "Klingon" spikes are NLA for years now.

I may know someone in the US who has a used SET.
Forum member too, but he is not active here no more, too busy managing his own Makita-Dealership business & local to him customers.

Come on people/members!
Someone must have these spikes & not wanting to use them!!!

Spikes are the same 6401, 6421, 7300, 7900, 7310, 7910 and all the Makita dcs and EA variants too. That spike would work but you would still need and outer

Anyone have a good source to cut out more spikes? I would loan out a set if I could get some made in return. Also if anyone has a pair they would like to trade i would trade the Klingon ones for another kind I would prefer a euro set but would consider the bigger ones too

I bet someone on here has a CNC plasma table!

The small EU spikes & the huge US Style 2 spikes can still be had new.
Just saying.

I bet access to a CNC mill, laser cutter, plasma table , water jet is the least troublesome.
Everything else involved making something out of raw stock is time consuming.

Be polite!
Take into consideration that whatever stock he has came to the US from Germany over Croatia - the price is whatever he deems fit.

I didn't think $40 shipped for both spikes was terrible. Also I would still let someone borrow some to get some made if they have a source to get some cut
