Check with a good hardware supplier on fitting up a quality bar stud. A 12mm shoulder for the slot should be available off the shelf.
Next thing you'll be milling like some of us fools and hunting da biggins ;-)

Other option is turn the studs down to a different diameter...that’s what I did. Also have bought the other studs on eBay. Lots of options.

I remember when that 9000 I bought not running and pulled the clutch cover off. I was like wtf.

Shoulders were already filed down for a D009 on it too.

There is a good argument to put 2 parallel flats on the bar studs giving just a tinny bit of a smaller size than the bar. The bar slot acts as a socket stopping twisting forces when doing and undoing the nuts and having seen what can happen to the threaded hole into the case on some saws ......

Mine's air filter is disintegrating... The fibre is all over the intake boot. I saw a mesh filter in the ipl?
