I had a brand new Troy-Bilt in the box here. I put it on FB and CL last Fall with no luck. I listed it again this spring with light tire kickers. One jackass said he could get one for $300 less out east. I told him to send me a link. When he did it sure looked like a scam. Also after you added their shipping and handling in it ended up being $75 over what I was asking. The guy was either a tire kicker or had no cash, one of the two. About 6-8 weeks ago a guy from Memphis Missouri calls. He says he wants it but he has hay down. I said that was fine it will wait as it is not going anywhere. Then when he said he was coming he never showed up. I contacted him and he said his wife refused to run the his Horse so he no longer wanted a Pony. I told him this one was a Bronco. He was just another tire kicker. Either last week or the week before I get a message from a guy saying he would be here the next night. I figure here we go again. Well to my surprise the next night I was burning trash and he shows up with cash in hand. I load it in his SUV and away it went. Just like deals are supposed to go.

I support this indulgence in guilty pleasures. I'm a pajama cutting and burning kinda guy at home, but not often shorts and flip-flops like yourself. Always great to see your photos and workhorses.

Good afternoon fellas. After talking with a few of the members here and Dallas himself, it appears that a fundraiser is in order.

As some or most of you know by now, Dallas has not been able to work for quite some time. He had heart surgery and then has a debilitating back injury with advanced arthritis that they have not been able to fix. He has been denied benfits and disability. As we all know, the medical costs and time off work are expensive and the monthly bills don't stop. I know Dallas probably rubs some people the wrong way and has not been really active in the short term, but I...

Good morning fellas. There has been a change to the prize list. You will notice that item #14 has been removed, it was the Makita 6100 donated by @Steve. He decided to sell the saw outright and then donated the $500 from the sale to the gofundme. He then donated the raffle chances to another member that will remain anonymous at this time. Very generous on Steve's part! This donation along with several others this week so far has the fundraiser right at the half way mark. Well done by everyone involved!
