So my 6100 dies when I finish a cut. It doesn't come back down to idle, it just dies. Ideas?

What tool is needed to adjust the carburetor settings on a 6100?

A tiny screwdriver…do you have the factory manual?

From the factory, the carb screws are limited in their movement. My limiters were eliminated when I got it…you may or may not be able to adjust it to run properly within the limited range. May be a tool to defeat the limiters.

First, check and make sure you get a four stroke when you lift. Then you know your high is OK. Then, I would try richening the low side….but it could also be too rich. Vids would help. I should mention too lean can melt a piston…
