Still looking for a loop or length of 9/16" x .078" x 56 drivers for my gear drive Remington.

Random lengths (short or long) will do as I have collected a pile of repair kits.

.078" or .080" gauge. The new drivers measure a half hair over .078".

Loop on the saw now ruined by some idiot filing 50+ degrees.

I have a partial roll of Remington chain....did you find a loop?
@Mastermind said to have some, maybe You missed his post.
He did quote You though.

Reground or file Your current loop to desired angles, should still be usable although not very nice for showing.

Good luck with your search!

I have a smaller chain than Carl is looking for.

1/4'' file should do it.
I have some square bit, it belongs to a McCulloch.

I don't have any of that chain Carl. Never heard of 9/16 in 080 gauge. That's an odd one.

I have 1/4" files....

Dan's supposed to call me, but I haven't heard from him... If he does I'll ask.

Yikes...should be able to salvage something out of that it would seem

I've toyed with the idea of just replacing the worst of the cutters. I have five right hand and six left hand in my stash. No where near enuff to rebuild the entire chain.

That and lower the rakers to hell won't have it to make it cut.
