I never liked / like to listen to music when I am working, especially on technical or important things, I myself need to concentrate on what I am doing so as to not be distracted and make mistakes. If i am outside doing yardwork that was a different story. But when I did listen to the good ole' R & R music- thats the kind of stuff i would listen to, but mostly southern rock ( Alman, Skynyrd, Hatchet, 38, Outlaws,Blackfoot, MTB etc ) because I was raised and live in the south. Now a days I only listen to the news

Many years ago, I'd waited for an album to be restocked at the Musicland store.
Seems it was a one shot pressing though. The young lady who'd come to reckognize me, suggested another thing that she figured I might like.
She cued up the first Black Oak Arkansas album for me.

If I'm assembling a carb etc, yeah quiet time. Been known to cut off the fan even.
Filing a chain, changing mower oil. lubing control cables, Tunes are fine for me then.
Mucking about in the kitchen? Oh yeah gimme something to get lost in.

I'll warn ya'll that I lean a bit towards longer tracks.

There are a several versions of this tune around. I seem to favor this one.

Never before heard of him but that dude is dang good! He has sounds of Trower, Hendrix, Eddie Van Halen, even a brief hint of Winwood... Man, I gotta hear more of him.
