Yes, "heel clipping".
Rivet heads need to be ground flat too, and the gullets cleaned, and the rakers thinned.

ISO12.9 grade bolt shaft to adapter sleeves.



Solid-Carbide 18.0mm drill bit just laughed at it spitting out orange glowing fingernail big chips (chip breaking set).



Milled the drilled hole out to 19.0mm.
Solid-Carbide mill bit did the job, but wasn't too happy about it and advanced at slow feed.
The resulting chips were like a million tiny needles.
