I just got two sets of the gear wrench 120xp ratchets. Here is how they line up to others.

As I have been doing bulk buys I have been setting aside the Craftsman pieces. I literally have 85+ pounds of extra sockets, extensions and ratchets put away in a box. Dragged them out and started sorting through them and this is what I have.



I have at least another 2 dozen Craftsman ratchets in my upstairs boxes. May be time to sell some.

Crazy but the matco extendable looks exactly like the HF ones.

That long 1/4 is probably my favorite...split quite a few sockets with that baby. Snap on just came out with one that's 2 inches longer and flex head. Had to buy it. I'll put up a pic. Tomorrow from work

Might want to check the Air Cat's they are noticeable quieter and about 3x more powerful than those at HF. I am planning changing out my three Central Pneumatics for them. I have been rather pleased at the performance of the 1150 impact I have and how quit it is but it took high flow connectors on that 100ft run of 3/8 hose to get work properly.

Has anyone ever seen a 5/16 socket set?
A old bloke was showing me some tools and stuff under his house and I saw a odd looking good socket set. It was a snap on 5/16 drive set, very old and very rare I'd think.
I have asked plenty of old mechanics and no one has ever seen such a thing!
