Well Gentlemen .
Having a real head job with a 2007 yr one of these with a Kawasaki on it.
Came in with surging through the rev range and under mild load .
Had carb off 2 times now and have gone through a full strip and clean will all the jets out, all seems fine and there seems to be nothing wrong with the carb visually ... its more even running after the second strip down and re instal .Im wondering if anyone has run this model before and can tell me if it tends to be a bit sensitive on the governor as normal. Looked into a replacement carb as option ..No way if i can avoid it as £200.00 was the price !! so i can't do a sub over to eliminate the carb i have as faulty or not !
