I always laugh when seeing garbage trucks trying to remove snow. What would 10-16 inches of snow do?

We have seen it many times before. Ask @huskihl, we start out thinking it's cold and by mid-January, work outside in long sleeves or light jacket. He is at start of snow belt, I am at end of it
