Sure is, especially the older 70 80 90 etc saws.Is it common to need to drill the stihl bar tensioner hole for a jred?
I started to do it on an old bar.... but it's hard stuff.
All my stihl mount bars, I have lengthened the slot (I have a .475 carbide endmill saved for this) and the tensioner holes modified already.
