jonsered 520sp flooding issue

I'm working on a 520 sp and it runs real rich , it's got a tillotson hk23e carb, I'm unfamiliar with these. It seems to want to run rich no matter how I adjust it. If your lucky it will run and if it does it will die out and plug is wet. , it had 130 psi compression, I took carb apart and cleaned it , everytging looked good inside, changed the plug, checked air gap on coil, it will run if I drip gas in the cylinder. There just isn't much parts for them and I'm trying to not order parts I don't need.

Any advice ?

Just make sure the inlet lever is adjusted correctly or it won't matter how you adjust it.

I found a oem carb kit and installed that... took care of issue.
