If a 2511 made everyone look bad what were they running for saws? Always can go to thin kerf chain or 1/4 pitch like all my 020 av’s run

No not really but I can see the piston through the exhaust port just looking at the saw

I think we should limit it to the older saws. 34cc or less, rear or top handle, no chain brake.

Can’t be bowing down to 200t and the like.

Sounds good, wouldn’t want to have to run against the 200t I just rebuilt for my tree buddy. Unless it was another hopped up 200 or 201. Maybe a husky 540t if it was not stock might do it too. Well my non chain brake 020avp will do just fine for the race.

Tree monkey gave me some pointers last summer and the 200 I just did runs pretty good.

He had brought his portable Lucas sawmill to gtg and his Jonny 111
Was just a good ole boy
He has passed at 76 out in the woods doing what he loved to do [emoji22]

Was wondering if anyone has a desire to run a chainsaw mill if I bring one? Don’t know how many haven’t tried one or have the desire to do so. I have a 30”, 48” and a 72” double ended bar for two power heads

I’d be interested in that. I want to get into some milling. Hands on exposure is hard to beat!
