That’s a new one. Never seen that before. I’ve seen the cutters chipped and I’ve bent my fair share of burrs but never actually snapped one quite like that.

Thats those in the normal short version...almost $5 cheaper than that buckeye burr. issue is you have to get 8 to get over their min order qty. made in the USA!

Too hard or bad mixture raw carbide material ended in production of those bits?!
The cutting edges seem to be chipped too.
It may be a bad production batch if You have more of them snap like that.
This one is the only one ever. I'll be seeking a refund, or replacement.
Send it back and ask them to sharpen it, lol!
