Hi everyone! I m new on this forum, you've given me lots of great information while I have been looking around.I plan to go out into the woods elsewhere to get wood in the coming years and to do so with as little fuss as possible, so I look at it as the warmth of my family in the cold weather is very dependent on the chainsaw I buy. After this reviews http://jonsguide.org/best-chainsaws-review/ and your forum I think about Husqvarna 450.The trees I am taking down are around 16" -19" in diameter. I want a saw that can be used next year and those that follow for a long time.

welcome to OPE :)

dont know if the price different is the same in US vs Norway, but in Norway I rather add the little extra and buy one 545 before the 450, or buy one 545 when they have campaigns.

Before I was born, my father started to work as a lumberjack with two Echo CS-750VL and a CS-1001VL. He did it for a couple of years and had to sell the 1001 to pay one of my uncle's debt (as a guarantor). Now I have his two 750 with me. I know it won't be HIS 1001, but I would like to have one...

10 cube 090 all the way

I vow to own one of these one day no matter the cost! Well, until I wake up from this CAD dream and back into reality

Actually I take it all back, a new in box 041G would trump this for me
