Looks like those 8 year old's are not too steady with the grinders!

Actually the problem was the plating had inverted bevels....all better now

I had the same head scrat Cher on a 36 that musta had a 34 or something muffler on it. I milled out a spacer until the plate arrived to make it stock looking. It was missing the coolING plate when I got it and didn't think about it.....until I tryed to put it on....same results as yours.

Used 2 gaskets and the heat plate...still deficient by a bit. ...I have on order the 034 spacer at the dealer....we shall see we shall see...

Muff spacers are used o 066 and 036 sold on ebay maybe they would work
