Husqvarna tool, carry piece or? What is this (pic)?

Can anyone help with what this is and how it might be used? Came in a misc box of chainsaw stuff. Just about 9' in height. Has a Husqvarna insignia on it and part number 598785101. Googled but no results. Before I toss it, thought I'd ask. Thanks

Was never able to find a pic of that BUMPER RUBBER ISOLATOR TRACTOR.

Knew about Craftsman and Husky, so common. Didn't know what AYP was. The others - Small engine yard equipment , yes. Tractors just haven't seen any.

My first thought was a tool to pry a lid off of a 5 gallon bucket but some of the angle/dangle dimensions t'aiin't quite right.
