Brought this 394xp back to life from a part saw. Saw runs and oils good these things really oil. It has new dukes piston, aftermarket top covers, clutch cover and handle. Jacobj hooked me up with a nice used crank and has new snr bearings new seals and case gasket. Only issues I know of are has one fin broke on flywheel and has a small patch on fuel tank with jb tank weld. Cylinder had a slight damage above one transfer port but does not seem to effect it. Looking to get around $500 plus shipping but open to offers.

Looks a very tidy example. Love the 394, got one myself that I'm looking to part company with also.
