WANTED Husqvarna 357/359 Crankcase

Looking for a Husky 357/359 bottom end and with cases. Prefer it to be all together. Just got a saw with a smashed case.

I’m waiting for it to show up, Supposed to be here Friday. I’ll tear it down this weekend and report what I’m going to do with it

I have a whole 359 cleaned and ready to assemble. Can put the crank case back together if needed. Heck I can make a whole saw of it running....

Do you need just the PTO side half? I think I got you covered.

Yes just the clutch side. Considering getting it welded. I should really learn how to weld cases. All the more reason to buy a TIG.

I’d be happy to pay shipping for that if you’re just going to junk it. I want to start stock piling these crankcases and cranks. I have a plan for racers out of the busted up cases and work saws for friends and families.

I am not sure where I am at with this yet. It is 4 project saws out yet. I am sure I will keep it if I choose not to complete it. Quick glance, the rear handle took some of the tree squish also. Top cover has a old crack in it. This is gonna be a border line refurb job (cost effective)when I get there.

Sorry, I meant just the broken case. I’d be happy to have more. For racers it’s all experimental so really I just need a mostly usable case, as long as bearing pockets are in tact.
