If I remember correctly, the only real differences between a 353 and a 353 E-Tech is the muffler and fuel cap, correct. If it starts is it worth $100. I have made arrangements to get one in the morning along with unknown Echo.

Yup. I have an e tech, the muffler BS can easily be circumvented.
