Husky 394 carb bolts don't exist?

Ordering parts for my ugly Betty 394 project and I can't seem to find the carb bolts on ereplacement parts.

Not discontinued just not even a listing for them. I haven't been able to find a listing on a few parts.

Anybody ever have this trouble?

Yeah, I found the same diagram on ereplacement but there was no listing to purchase the bolts

For reference, the standard M5 is nearly indistinguishable from #10-32. 5mm=.196 in., #10 = .190 in. The pitch of an M5 is .8mm, which = .031496, the pitch of a #10-32 = .03125. The difference is so small as to be insignificant. Much easier to find a #10-32 than an M5 (in the U.S., anyway).

Honestly I should be able to get either of them, the only problem might be the length, but if I can get them longer I can always trim them down or thread them up

Could be ,I got that # off of parts tree , had size listed

Just order a set for a 288xp, they are still available and work perfectly

No. They are M5. The 395 has M4 bolts.

Try McMaster-Carr online. They should have M5-70 socket head cap screws.

I've been doing 395's lately, so I guess that's what I was thinking....Not that my memory should be trusted anyway. .lol

Monster bolts on ebay has them. M5x70mm

While you are at it....get the M5x60 also. This is the dog/case bolt that is extra long and may be nla too. Buy extra.
