Thanks Jim. It was fun build to do. Nice change from the stuff I normally do.That was a good adjustment you made. It really woke it up.
With the saw all back together I took it out for another test drive. This time I was quite impressed. It still tuned and idled really well but it had a different attitude. The throttle response is great and it makes great torque. It will tune wot to 14200-14500 and it holds approximately 10300 in the cut with a 24" bar, 7 pin and 3/8 full comp buried.
In this video I have the saw tuned a touch fat at 13800 for break in.
