Husky 141 reassembly

Putting a 141 back together and in looking at the ipl there is no gasket for the crankcase cap. Am I just not seeing it or is there none?
Should some type of sealant should go between the crankcase and the cap?

I would use a thin layer of moto- seal between mating surfaces and around bearing seals. Rough up both case side and jug side for best adhesion. There is no gasket that i know of.

No prob. I did a MM on mine and ran 16" 3/8"LP. Really nice saws for what they r!
