Pretty pissed at a buddy he bought a generator said he wasnt gonna open it unless he needed it.he didnt loose power.i have another buddy whom said hed buy it who lost power with kids.the bastard said he was gonna wait till the store opened and then return it.i said dude my friend could use it and you have power he has kids too come on man.he then said later this morning im keeping it now.i knowcwhen i bought mine tractor supply lowes and home depot had signs that stated hurricane supplys are non returnable

Glad to hear you made out ok so far, the devastation from the videos and photos I have seen are intense destruction. Just read something that there could be 10 million people w/o power in Florida alone. Rebuilding all those transmission lines and infrastructure is a daunting undertaking, nevermind all the debris, trees, etc that needs to be removed / cleaned up.

I remember all the box stores, power equipment dealers, supply houses had big signs and bold type on receipts stating generators, chainsaws, extension cords, etc were non returnable items. That was because after Irene people were returning those items in mass numbers. So for Superstorm Sandy they made sure to make it known no returns on those items.

They should im gonna laugh when he takes it back and they turn him away.then when he calls and ask does your buddy still need that generator .im gonna say he said to stick it were the sun dont shine you d bag.he helps me do all me side work i will never use him again.moms condensor went out i was have him put it in next sat to make 3 to 400 bucks cuz i cant im on a comp injury with broken leg and torn rotator cuff like i said karma is a *b-word.

I'm in a B area.The county did a great job cleaning the drainage system ahead of the storm.Im very impressed with the way the state of Florida took care of their people.
