How much is this MS361 worth?

Good afternoon guys! I own and operate mostly Husqvarna saws, but I have an opportunity to pick up a used MS361 with a 20" b&c. The saw isn't pretty, but does start, idle and run well. For those of you Stihl experts, what would you give for a saw like this?

I'd pull the muffler and have a look at the piston before handing over any money.

Needs a clutch side cover before I would even run it . My youngest son got snagged on one like that at work , it eat the front off of his britches . Only thing that saved him was he had swiped my short handled scrinch and had it in his front pocket , chain stopped when it hit the metal .

Thanks for the input! I will see what kind of deal I can negotiate. I was thinking that the clutch cover needed to go, but after your comments, I would say it is a must
