Help me I.D. this saw please

Anyone have any idea what make or model this might be?? I don't know much AK anything about vintage saws. Can't find a brand on it anywhere.

According to the Google lense, its a Tilton 420 automatic. Says its a rebadged Lombard

So I have 2 or 3 ideas, but did you figure out what AK means also?

I don't think I've ever even heard of a Tilton. I thought it might have been a Lombard but their name is usually on their saws in several different places. Not the case at all with this saw.
