Help inside lowes

Hey fellas I ordered an outside dog for my ms360pro and I'm not sure what bolt size I need. Wife and I are out and I remembered I needed them holding some 1/4 20s but they look kinda big.

Not gonna be standard and yes 1/4 is too big. Gonna be m4 or m5 I can't remember

Only help I can be is that you need an M5x12 bolt and an M5 nut.

I missed the part about it being for the outside dog. I'd say you could use a 10-32 that's 1/2" long with a nut.

I believe that's a 5mm with 100 thread count.

Next time just walk your whole saw into Lowes. They always look at me funny when I do stuff like that. I needed a bolt for a dirt bike motor once so I went in and got the heavy duty cart first...

After I ordered the roller chain catch, dogs, and hardware from my dealer, I had to do the same thing. He ordered one bolt and no nuts at all. I took the clutch cover in and it is a 5mm. Can't remember the length I got. Just get nylocks to fit. My dealer didn't have a clue, as many dealers these days don't!

Most likely an M5 which is about the same as a number 10 machine screw .SAE sizes are given in threads per inch .Metric is in thread spacing .in millimeters .
