XHF heat shrink tubing
3:1 ratio
1.5” unshrunk
Slides on super easy
Shrinks tight & smoothe
Amazon has 80’ rolls for $60.00
Tried to find a link to what I used. Kev posted it but I think mine was 1.25" and that's why I struggled getting it on. Just got the saw back together and couldn't be happier!

Looks very good ,Dan. I have used it on several saws since trying to install the OEM Stihl ribbed hose on a few of my 044`s, that stuff is an absolute bear to wrestle on even using the compressed air and valving Andy,( Lakeside) showed us.

Sharp looking saw! The heated grips really could spoil a guy. I got em on my 5105 and they are nice cutting in the cold.
