i have been considering getting a ruger 22/45 mark iv and giving speed steel a try. not that i think im any good, but that i will be fun and cheaper to shoot than 9mm

Ruger seems to be the standard for rimfire steel challenge. I run a 22/45 and 10/22. I'm considering trying a tx22 competition instead. I prefer the grip angle. I've been running CCI Clean ammo. It's been reliable. The last order was $0.09/round shipped, taxed.
I'm no good either but I enjoy it. There's a lot a fine, like minded people at the matches. Much like the chainsaw gtgs.

and skeet or trap since i bought a nice shotgun for goose hunting i might as well get some fun out of it than just hunting.

$500 seems right. Tandem Kross and Volquartsen have some nice upgrades. I have a thumb rest that is helpful. Volquartsen trigger kit, Holoson 507 too.
I found a local steel challenge league. We shoot monday nites.

oddly magazines for the rost martin are only like 18.00 so I ordered 5

Arex mags are 25.00 and up
No idea if they're american made or not.
I'm starting to prefer the arex to the ruger rxm and my other striker fired Pistols
Just a simple well made pistol
Nice double action trigger.

Could not believe the beretta px4 price
At one time a version of those was made by stoeger wasn't they?
My friend has one it was like 200.00

Not sure who manufactures them. I believe they are a rotating barrel instead of the common Browning tilting barrel. The exception in the PX4 Storm sub compact, that is tilting barrel. A friend had one. Horrible double action only trigger. He sold it for over $500 on GB and bought a Canik Mete and had money left over.

He also bought a p-07 for his daughter a realtor to carry
It's hard to fault anything about them good trigger's and ergonomics

I have both P-07 and P-09. They have both been great with no reliability issues. They are great guns!

I've shot most every big name brand striker fired auto out there except the springfield echelon
And the arex is my favorite of everything I've tried

So I ordered one of these just to put a ported barrel in it
These have very good reviews on YouTube.
I already have like 30 mags and holsters,parts for the glock 19
I really like the g force rapture I bought last year.
Hopefully this is not to hideous being
Cerakoated white.
I can always change that.
