For me 1st or 15th of July would work the best, but please don’t let that decide anything.

July is a tough month for me. But if you guys settle on a date and im free I will be there. This is only like an hour ride or less for me. Sundays work better than Saturdays. July 1st would probably be optimal. Tough this time of year it's prime family vacation time. We will be in Montana for a chunk of July.
