Received so.e good news today at the doctor. I am off crutches and no longer have to wear the immobilized brace. Dr. Says the wound looks good and appears to be healing well. Still has me off work for a while however.

Doctor said I could go back on light duty now. I don't think work has any available though. If not the Dr. has me off till 1/6/17. Seems like a long time but I guess he wants this thing completely healed.
