For sure. Just my personal opinion of course…but I believe 99-07 gm trucks were the best “modern” trucks made. i like it. it has lots of power. i had to change the cam position sensor at about 75000 miles. and the tentioner pully at almot 200k other than that its been solid. im replacing the upper and lower control arms and the steering from pitman arm to the idler bracket now. with 206k the ball joints have made it all the way til now. which is pretty goodHow do you like the 8.1?
