Same here I agree. It was almost a shame to take em, but threatening the house. Too bad, and it is an old pioneer house, so nobody will insure it. So game over if tree hits it. Too bad, because the old timers who built the house years ago in that family, planted those trees.
50 inch. It made it easier, I made a couple pilot cuts, and blockout face with my 461. I did the initial gunning cut with the 50, and.slightly missed my sweep to a Humboldt. So I just modified it too a blockout face. It took all that bar, and reaching at the corners to cut it, even with the 50 but it was perfect. I have a 72 also but man hard to muscle and maneuver. 8 like my 42s and that 50. Very usable in big giant wood, but you can still use and maneuver them, without killing yourself.
