The tank at the top of the pole leaks bar oil. I have the saw sitting on a floor, with the cutting head on a wooden block and a thick wad of newspapers to catch oil that leaks out. Is this a normal condition? I called the dealer and complained about it, he said it's designed to do that. But this dealer has his kid working in the shop, and the kid is a lazy whiny little douche. What do you think? Not about the douche, but about the pole saw? Thanks.

A lot of them leak after use, my Stihl does. A lot of the dripping from mine is bar oil slowly leaving the debris under the sprocket cover. I say this because it eventually stops. I keep a pie pan under it between uses.
